* Twist plastic plug off the electrode plate
* Twist bottle onto generator
* Cap lid on bottle and insert USB cable into USB port to charge
* Charge for 2-3 hours until green light turns on
* Fill bottle up below threads and power on
2. Hydrogen water dissipates over time, its best to drink within 1 hours.
3. To enter self cleaning mode, hold the power button for 3 seconds and wait for the indicator light to turn green. The generator will automatically begin self cleaning.
4. Charging: Plug in the included charge cable to the micro USB port located underneath the rubber on the generator base. The indicator light will turn red when charging. Charging is complete when the light turns green.
5. Inhaler Usage: Remove the rubber protector on the lid of the bottle and attach the included breathing tube to the snorkel valve in the center of the cap. Fill the bottle 3⁄4 of the way with water and re-secure with the breathing tube attached.
Place the loop end of the breathing tube over your head and the two breathing prongs into each nostril. Adjust the slack-bead behind your neck to be snug against the back of your head. When done using the hydrogen inhalation feature, reinsert the rubber protector on the snorkel valve.

* For maximum benefit drink 4 – 5 bottles or more per day
* Only operate with clean drinking water to keep the plates clean
* Never let the Generator dry out, leave a little water to keep the electrode plate wet
* Self-clean once a week
* Self-cleaning water cannot be drunk, just pour out
